Elori Saxl 🔊 is an American experimental electronic composer.
Her recent album Drifts and Surfaces was released July 2024 via Western Vinyl.
She released her debut album The Blue of Distance in 2021 and released four subsequent music videos, Wave I, Wave II, Wave III, and Before Blue.
She's composed music for classical ensembles, PBS, the Guggenheim, The National Film Board of Canada, Burton, Patagonia, Google, Poler, Dove, the New Yorker, This American Life, Public Radio International, SFMOMA, and more.
Her music has been featured by The Washington Post, The Guardian, Pitchfork, The New Yorker, The Quietus, WNYC New Sounds, BBC Radio, Bandcamp Daily and more.
She also works in film as a director and editor. Her film work has been nominated for two Emmys and been featured by the New Yorker, Vimeo Staff Picks, and festivals around the world.
Elori is based between New York and Madeline Island, WI.
